Industries where ProEdge Wire is already on the AVL — six regulated sectors, one supplier, one published lead-time clock.

ProEdge Wire produces custom-drawn wire, stranded cable, and specialty alloy conductors for OEM buyers operating under the documentation discipline of AS9100D, PPAP/IMDS reporting, full material traceability, and FDA-cleared device assemblies. Every sector below is served from the same two Cleveland-area facilities, against the same 14-day custom-order clock.

  • 14 Day standard lead time on custom wire orders
  • 99.4% On-time shipment rate, trailing 18 months
  • 1,800+ Active SKUs across 47 alloy families

Sector Index · 01

Six industries. Six spec sheets. One supplier reviewed before every quote.

A datasheet-style map of the regulated sectors ProEdge Wire is already qualified into. Each panel names the procurement pain, the typical spec envelope, and the entry point for engineering readers who want to drill into the per-sector detail page.

Capability Lanes · 02

What every sector on the previous page is buying — the four capability lanes behind 1,800+ active SKUs.

Six regulated industries run through the same four core processes on the Cleveland floor. This is the production vocabulary an applications engineer will speak when they pick up your RFQ — and the vocabulary a Tier 1 or defense buyer should expect to hear.

Regulatory Statement · 04

If your buyer needs the paperwork before the wire, you are in the right place.

A defense prime's AVL review and an FDA-cleared device OEM's DHF both start in the same place: the supplier's quality manual, the certs on the wall, and the documentation pack that travels in the box with every spool. ProEdge Wire is built for that buyer. Our standard shipment ships with the Certificate of Conformance, the PPAP package (where applicable), and the IMDS submission already on file — so your incoming-inspection team is reviewing part numbers, not chasing paperwork.

AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 cover the system. RoHS compliance covers the substance. Eleven in-house metallurgists and a nine-person applications engineering group cover the part your print actually describes. Every RFQ is reviewed by an engineer before it becomes a quote — not after — so the price you see is the price against a feasible process, not a wish list.

For ITAR-controlled defense work we operate inside a documented export-control program. For medical device OEMs we provide full lot-level material traceability and biocompatibility-supporting documentation referenced to the relevant ISO 10993 surface-contact standards. We do not hold NADCAP or ISO 13485 and we do not pretend otherwise — if your program needs those, we will say so on the first call.
